Frequently Asked Questions
Q: The session has already started, can I still enroll my child?
A: Yes! Just click on the register tab and sign up. This sends us a notice and we can put your child on the roll right away. If you have any issues, please reach out to me directly at [email protected].
Q: Do you pro-rate?
A: Yes, if you’re child is starting late, you can divide the total cost by the number of classes and pay for the classes that they are actually taking.
Q: Will my child be behind if they miss the first class?
A: No. All of our classes are self-contained and students will bring home a new sculpture each week.
Q: Can you pick my child up from the CDC, ECC, Y, or other after-school care program?
A: Absolutely!! Just write a note or send us an email with directions. (i.e.- “please get from Y in room 7” or “please return to ECC after class” etc.)
Q: Do you issue refunds?
A: While we don't do refunds, we will offer a credit, make up class or allow that amount be transferred to another sibling, friend or even talented pet.
Q: My child was sick. What's your policy?
A: We are happy to help them make up the class in one of the following ways:
- Have the instructor work with them towards the end of another class, or between steps of the current project so they go home with two sculpts
- Send them home with a packet of supplies and the plan so they can make it at home
- Attend a class from the next session, or pro-rate it off the next session
